Faurecia Remote Access Download Portal

Access published Webapplication within Faurecia B2B Portal
Please follow the below points to access the web resources.

CyberArk Idaptive is a solution that makes internal resources available for Faurecia suppliers, vendors, and supporters. Applications are provided inside a B2B (business-to-business) portal.

To access published resources navigate to

https://b2b.ww.faurecia.com

Logon with your provided user account name. The following logon options are available:

New account naming convention:

%username%@b2b.ww.faurecia.com

After successful logon you are redirected to the application tab of the portal.

For better usability you can set the language of the portal. Please navigate to “Account” è “Personal Profile” è Select language

Before you continue it is mandatory to set your Multifactor Authentication OATH OTP Client, first. Otherwise you will not be able to access resources via the B2B Portal.

To enable OATH OTP client, navigate to the “Account” tab of the B2B Portal:

Navigate to “Authentication factors”.

Press “Show QR Code” and follow the instructions on the screen. Any 3rd party authenticator app can be used.

Type the code generated by your authenticator app to the Input field and click “Verify”.

After the code has been successfully verified, the OATH Module appears in green, now.

Navigate back to the application you want to use and click on the icon. You will be forwarded to the Multifactor authentication window. Please select “OATH OTP Client”.

After continuing you will be asked for another OTP (one-time password). Please check your smartphone (SpecOps Authenticator App) for a newly generated code. Add the code and after successful authentication you are forwarded to the resource (example: Faurecia EPortal).

Login to the target application with your application user account.

Password loss:

If you need to reset your password, please select “Forgot your password?”.

You will be asked for your OATH OTP Client to provide a new verification code. After successful validation, you will be asked to reset your password and confirm it.

Password expiration:

If you want to reset your password navigate in the portal to “Account” è “Authentication Factors” è Edit Password

Provide your current password, define a new one and confirm it.
