Password reset with SpecOPs
Please follow the below steps to reset or change

the external access account password.

 

SpecOps uReset 

is a self-service portal that allows Faurecia External support users to reset their B2B password, from any device, anywhere, at any time. This means that you can reset your password yourself, without having to contact any support.

Reset password with SpecOPs

 

To reset your password, navigate to:

 

https://eu.login.specopssoft.com/Authentication/Password/Reset?domainName=b2b.ww.faurecia.com

 

Sign in with your Faurecia B2B user account. 

 

 

As you’re previously enrolled with PINGID (during Netskope user enrollment) you will be asked to authenticate with your second factor.

 

After successful authentication, you can reset your password.

Change password in SpecOps

 

To change your password, navigate to:

 

https://eu.login.specopssoft.com/Authentication/Password/Change?domainName=b2b.ww.faurecia.com

 

 

Sign in with your Faurecia B2B user account and provide your current password.

 

After authentication, you’ll be asked to create a new password. 

 

As you’re previously enrolled with PINGID (during Netskope user enrollment) you will be asked to authenticate with your second factor.

 

After successful authentication, you can reset your password.
